Incredible Force of Junior formed in the mid-'90s when Chris Mumford and Susan Robb left upstate New York in favor of the Pacific Northwest after graduating from college. Relocating in Seattle, the pair joined forces with drummer Steve Lodefink, and the upbeat twee pop band was born.
