Jake Gyllenhaal is going lunar. The actor is currently attached to a film about colonization of the moon, which is currently in redrafting stages at DreamWorks.
The film has been in development for a few years and is currently amidst a script rewrite with Doug Liman on board to direct. Gyllenhaal, the main squeeze of actress Reese Witherspoon, is currently shooting the political satire Nailed, which has endured a few production stops and starts due to financial issues, and he recently signed on to star as the title character in the feature version of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.
