Yanni's popular Live at the Acropolis concert video makes its way to DVD, adding interactive menus and behind-the-scenes footage to what is basically a straightforward transfer of the 1994 VHS version. The 48-channel digital recording and subtle use of Surround Sound give Yanni favorites such as "The Rain Must Fall," "Within Attraction," "Swept Away," "The End of August," and "Santorini" the proper immediacy. While some more extra features on the DVD would have been nice, Live at the Acropolis won't disappoint Yanni fans looking to upgrade from their videotapes.
