With one track less than the superior Hits Unlimited from 1995, 2 Unlimited's The Hits includes just that, along with some filler and lackluster remixes. The necessary mixes of "No Limit," "Get Ready for This," and "Twilight Zone" are included, along with the fan favorite "Eternally Yours," which Hits Unlimited somehow missed. Of course, past the huge hits, the dancefloor-filling duo's appeal is minimal to most, and The Hits will do just fine if Hits Unlimited isn't readily available. ~ David Jeffries, All Music Guide
