William Duvall

William DuVall is an American singer, guitarist, and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Alice in Chains since 2006. Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, he has built a career that spans alternative rock, grunge, and hard rock. His vocal style blends melodic singing with heavier, expressive tones, allowing him to carry forward the band’s signature sound while adding his own identity.

DuVall joined Alice in Chains following the passing of original vocalist Layne Staley, becoming a key part of the band’s revival.
